byldr Search Fix

Get found. By Google and by AI.

We find out why search engines and AI assistants can’t see or trust your site, fix it in your own code as changes you approve, and show you the before-and-after — for a fixed price.

The free audit tool is coming soon. In the meantime, talk to us about your site — or book a quick call.

> the problems

What owners tell us.

  • “Google isn’t indexing my new pages” / “Crawled – currently not indexed”
  • “Our traffic dropped after the redesign / migration / theme change”
  • “Search Console says our Core Web Vitals are failing”
  • “ChatGPT / Perplexity / Google’s AI Overviews never mention us”
> free audit

What the free check looks at.

Public checks only — we need no access. About two minutes automated.

Google can find your pages

robots.txt, sitemap, status codes, redirects, canonicals, stray noindex.

What Google shows for you

Titles and descriptions: present, right length, matching what you sell.

Speed

PageSpeed Insights on the homepage and one key page; real-visitor vitals when Google has data.

Machine-readable business info

JSON-LD structured data that parses and matches the page.

Link previews

Open Graph title, description, and image per page.

Readable by AI assistants

AI crawler rules, content in the HTML (not only JavaScript), llms.txt noted.

> fixed-price tiers

Pick the fix that matches the problem.

One website, fixed price, delivered as pull requests you approve.

tier 1 · basics · one-time

Basics

$750 one-time

For “Google can't find or read my pages.” · 5 business days

  • Up to 50 URLs / 5 page templates.
  • Fix robots.txt, sitemap, canonical tags, redirect chains, http/www duplicates, accidental noindex, broken internal links on key pages.
  • Rewrite titles and meta descriptions on up to 10 key pages.
  • Search Console: sitemap submitted, indexing requested for up to 10 key URLs, baseline Page Indexing report recorded.
tier 2 · search & speed · recommended

Search & Speed

$1,950 one-time

For “traffic dropped” and “Core Web Vitals failing.” · 10 business days

  • Everything in Basics.
  • Speed: biggest causes of slow loading on up to 3 templates (images, fonts, third-party scripts, render-blocking code).
  • Structured data: Organization, WebSite, BreadcrumbList, plus Product or Article on the fixed templates.
  • Share previews: correct Open Graph title/description/image per template.
  • AI readability: crawler rules to your choice, main content in server HTML, llms.txt written.

Lab “Good” is the target on fixed templates — no promise on Google’s real-visitor numbers.

tier 3 · full visibility · one-time

Full Visibility

$3,900 one-time

For stores that also want to show up in AI answers, or that just migrated. · 15 business days

  • Everything in Search & Speed.
  • Scope raised to 200 URLs / 10 templates; migration or redesign redirect clean-up included.
  • Ecommerce: product structured data with price/availability/reviews where the platform allows; collection fixes; faceted-URL duplicate control.
  • AI answers: restructure up to 5 key pages so an assistant can quote them; entity clean-up across the site.
  • Before/after spot check of 10 agreed questions in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google, repeated 30 days later (evidence, not a promise).
monthly · technical upkeep

Keep It Dialed In

$450/mo

Month-to-month technical upkeep after a fix tier.

  • Weekly automated re-run of the audit checks plus alerts on regressions.
  • Monthly Search Console review: indexing errors, Core Web Vitals, top queries — one-page report in plain words.
  • Up to 2 hours of fixes a month, delivered as pull requests. Unused hours don’t roll over.
  • Quarterly AI spot check (10 agreed questions) for Full Visibility clients.
  • Cancel any time before the next billing date.

Technical upkeep — not the same as the GEO plan on /geo, which measures AI answers.

> guarantees

What we stand behind.

  • Fixed price. The price is agreed before work starts. If we find more, we quote it separately and you can say no.
  • Done or refunded, item by item. Every item on the agreed fix list is either delivered and checkable (a check anyone can re-run) or refunded at its share of the price. The clock pauses while we wait on access or approvals.
  • Nothing changes without your approval. Every change is a pull request or a written, reversible CMS change. We never merge or publish without your OK.
  • 30-day re-fix. If something we fixed breaks again within 30 days and your team didn’t cause it, we fix it free.
  • Before-and-after proof. The verification report re-runs the same public checks as the free audit.

We never promise rankings, traffic, “indexed within X days” (Google decides), AI mentions or recommendations, or Google’s real-visitor Core Web Vitals passing by a date (that data is a rolling 28-day average and depends on visitors’ devices).

> how access works

Least privilege. You approve every change.

We work in your repo or CMS with the lowest role that lets the fix happen. Every change is a pull request or a written, reversible CMS change. Access is removed when we’re done.

  1. You approve a short kickoff that confirms the site, tier, and fix list.
  2. You invite ryan@byldr.dev (or GitHub collaborator) with the minimum role.
  3. We open pull requests or send unpublished previews — nothing goes live without your OK.
  4. Within two business days of the verification report, all access is removed.

Questions.

Is this the same as GEO?

No. GEO measures what AI answers say about a local business. This offer fixes the technical layer — crawlability, titles, speed, structured data, and AI-crawler access — so search engines and assistants can see the site at all. Many clients use both.

Do you need access for the free audit?

No. The free audit uses public checks only. Access is only needed if you buy a fix tier.

Will you promise rankings or traffic?

No. We promise fixed-price delivery of the agreed fix list, with before-and-after proof from the same public checks. Google decides rankings and indexing speed.

What platforms do you work on?

Shopify, WordPress/WooCommerce, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, and custom stacks (Next.js, headless, self-hosted stores). Custom code is where we’re strongest.

How do I pay?

Ryan sends a payment link by hand after scope is agreed. There is no self-serve checkout on this page yet.
